Many of us already aware on how to prepare tea because this may be part of our daily routine at home or in office. It is one of the most popular hot beverages in the world as well as in India. Black tea is preferred in many countries through out the world however in India, milk tea has been mostly preferred. Tea is like a spike or energy booster and lots of consumers love to drink tea in the early morning or the evening time. The preparation of tea is simple however the taste is different according to the raw material used in it. Few people also uses Tea Masala to prepare the morning tea. Some people preferred Ginger tea and lemon tea as well. In some part of India, people preferred tea with thick milk cream on it. I will tell you how to prepare Milk tea, Ginger tea and Herbal tea.
Steps for Milk Tea:
- Put 1 cup of water in to the stainless steel pot or kettle
- Boil the water on Gas stove or induction
- Put half table spoon of tea leaves or 1 tea pod or couple of grass leaves
- Put small piece of Ginger
- Put 1 table spoon of sugar or 1 cube of jaggery as per your choice
- Then add half cup of milk for 1 cup of tea or as per your choice
- Boil the tea till its color change a bit due to the vaporization. Then your tea is ready
- You can serve this tea in ceramic or glass cup. (Please do not use plastic or paper cup to drink tea or coffee)
Steps for Green Tea:
Many people also like to drink Green tea because it’s loaded with antioxidants. Among its benefits, it may help support brain function and fat loss.
- Take water in the kettle or stainless steel pot
- Boil the water till we get vapors on it
- Put 1 teaspoon (2-3 gm) of loose-leaf green tea in the boiling water and heat for 1-2 mins depending on the quantity.
- Once you see little color change and flavors comes in the pot, off the gas or stove or induction.
- Pour the tea into the cup
- You can also add little lemon drops or honey and stir it so that you can get little taste on on top of it.

Steps for Herbal Tea
Herbal Tea is a very good choice if you want the healthy lifestyle with the help of different herbs and spices. It can act as a home remedy and having many benefits. You can take Herbal Tea with Milk or without Milk.
Herbal Tea without milk
- 1 inch ginger, 1/2 tea spoon ajwain, 6 nos mint leaves, 6 quantity of Tulsi leaves.
- Crush it well and keep it in the bowl
- Boil 2 cups water in a kettle or steel pot.
- Once it starts to boil add the crushed mixture and mix it well.
- Boil until water reduces to almost half its volume.
- Switch off or Remove from flame, keep it covered for few seconds so that the flavors nicely seep in the tea.
- Then pour to a strainer and strain it. Discard the remains.
- Now add squeeze lemon juice from 1/2 lemon.
- Add honey as per taste. Mix it well.
- Pour into serving cup and serve Herbal Tea hot!
Herbal Tea with milk
- Repeat the steps from 1 to 5 mentioned in Herbal Tea without milk
- Boil the milk in different pot.
- Add boiled milk and 1 teaspoon honey to tea pot and mixed it well.
- Add 2 tea spoon sugar and also mixed it well. (Do not add lemon)
- Pour into serving cup and serve Herbal Tea hot!
